Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait opened Sunday’s trading session in the red territory, pressured by the fall of the telecommunication and banking sectors.
By 09:15 am Kuwait time, the All-Share Market index declined by 0.44%, while the Main and Premier Market indices retreated by 0.11% and 0.55%, respectively.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity stood at KWD 5.24 million early Sunday after seeing a trading volume of 23.52 million shares were exchanged through 795 transactions.
The telecommunication sector topped the losers falling 1.23%, followed by the banking sector with 0.55%.
Meanwhile, the basic material sector headed the gainers adding 0.29%.
