Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Tuesday with grouped rise by 9:40am Kuwait time.
The price index went up by 0.55% or 34.34 points to stand at 6,258.34 points. Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 index rose by 1.35% and 2.06% respectively.
Turnover amounted to KWD 19.47 million, after 134.21 million shares were traded through 2,433 transactions.
The telecom segment topped six gainers with 1.72% on the back of Hits which gained 7.14%.
The banks sector also levelled up by 1.36%, as GBK and NBK rose by 4.8% and 4.5% respectively.
Meanwhile, the industrial segment retreated by 0.24%.
