Mubasher: The All-Share, Main, and Premier indices of Boursa Kuwait edged lower by 0.19%, 0.07%, and 0.24%, respectively, at the beginning of Wednesday’s trading session.
By 09:51 am Kuwait time, the telecom sector led the fallers with 0.46%, followed by the industrial with 0.45%.
On the other hand, the consumer services sector headed the risers with 0.15%.
Umm Al Qaiwain General Investment Company's stock came on top of the decliners with 9.64%, while Al Manar Financing and Leasing Company's stock topped the gainers with 12%.
The bourse’s turnover amounted to KWD 6.83 million after 46.5 million shares were traded through 1,655 transactions.
Gulf Cable and Electrical Industries' stock, which fell by1.6%, achieved the highest liquidity of KWD 1.54 million, while Al Manar Financing and Leasing Company's stock was the most active one as13.84 million shares were exchanged through 239 transactions.
