Mubasher: Morgan Stanley said that Boursa Kuwait will remain under the focus of the MSCI for emerging markets for assessment until it is reclassified in 2019, according to a recent statement.
Applying this assessment gives a chance for Boursa Kuwait to be promoted in the coming year.
The possible weight for Boursa Kuwait, in case of listing to the MSCI emerging markets list, will be 0.3%, the statement added on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Morgan Stanley also announced that the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has joined the MSCI emerging markets list.
