Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company announced the resignation of Ahmed Yousef Boushnak from its Board of Directors, effective 12 June 2026, according to a disclosure
Boushnak also stepped down as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.
The company stated that Boushnak submitted his resignation on 9 June, citing personal commitments and other professional obligations.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the insurance firm generated net profits valued at SAR 9.42 million, an annual drop of 43.43% from SAR 16.66 million.
