Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s budget deficit reached nearly SAR 367 billion in 2015, according to official data.
Revenues amounted to SAR 608 billion, while expenses reached SAR 975 billion.
As for FY16 budget, the Ministry of Finance estimated revenues at SAR 513 billion and public expenditures at SAR 840 billion, with a potential deficit of around SAR 327 billion.
FY16 expenses are SAR 135 billion lower than the actual expenses of 2015.
