Brickzey eyes EGP 7bn sales in 2019

Cairo – Mubasher: Brickzey Property Management is looking to raise its sales by 180% during 2019, the company’s chairman said.

The Egypt-based property firm is targeting sales of EGP 7 billion this year, versus EGP 2.5 billion in 2018, Ahmed Selim added in a press conference.

The property developer is commercialising several exclusive projects in the New Administrative Capital, Sheikh Zayed city, and Sphinx International Airport area, Selim indicated.

He projected the company to log EGP 1 billion in sales from the anticipated major projects in Western Cairo such as Orascom and Sun Capital project and others.

Moreover, Brickzey has signed a deal to commercialise the medical capital “MCC” at the new capital with around EGP 350 million in investments.
