Cairo – Mubasher: British Petroleum (BP) has signed on Monday an agreement with Egypt’s ministry of petroleum and Italy’s Eni to enter the super-giant Zohr gas field.
Under the deal, BP buys a 10% stake from Eni for $375 million.
Earlier in December 2016, Eni sold a 30% stake in Zohr field to Russia’s Rosneft for $1.125 billion.
