British company to sell apartments using bitcoins in Dubai

Dubai – Mubasher: The Knox Group of Companies, with headquarters in the Isle of Man, launched on Tuesday a residential and commercial property development in Dubai valued at GBP 250 million ($325 million), Al Khaleej newspaper reported.

The Aston Plaza and Residences will stretch across 2.4 million square feet and boast1,133 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments inside two 40-storey towers.

Buyers can purchase the luxury apartments in the digital currency bitcoin.

The whole project is expected to be completed by late 2019.
