Dubai-Mubasher: Brookfield Multiplex was awarded a contract worth AED 500 million to construct the ONE at Palm Jumeirah, according to a recent statement.
The 25-storey tower is comprised of 90 apartments, cinema, swimming pools, health club and yacht club.
In April 2015, Investment Corporation of Dubai signed a $1 billion contract with Brookfield to carry out a project in the heart of the financial district.
