Builderia invests EGP 500m in Paragon New Capital

Cairo – Mubasher: The real estate development firm Builderia has launched its administrative project, Paragon, in the new administrative capital with investments worth EGP 500 million.

Spanning over an area of 4,300 square metres (sqm), the project will have a building area of 23,000 sqm, the company’s Chairman, Mohamed Bedeir, said in a conference on Monday.

The seven-storey administrative building will comprise 205 units, he added.

The property developer is looking to invest EGP 100 million in construction works in 2020 and 2021 as the project completion is scheduled by 2022.  

ERA Commercial Egypt will take on the marketing and sales of the project.
