Mubasher: Bukhamseen Holding on Monday has executed an additional transaction for purchasing 300,000 of the National Bank of Kuwait’s (NBK) shares, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
The average price for selling this stake was KWD 0.226 per share at a total value of KWD 68,000.
Bukhamseen Holding, its subsidiaries, and associates own the largest stake of 34.81% in NBK.
It is noteworthy that NBK’s capital stands at KWD 103.73 million distributed on 1.04 billion shares.
