Mubasher: Bukhamseen Holding has purchased nearly 817,790 shares in Kuwait International Bank (KIB) on Sunday, 18 February.
The average price for the transaction stood at KWD 0.23567 per share, at a total value of about KWD 192,730, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Bukhamseen Holding, which is not listed on Boursa Kuwait, currently owns the largest of equity stake of 35.32% in KIB, while the company's capital totals KWD 103.73 million distributed over 1.04 billion shares.
