Mubasher: Bukhamseen Holding has sold 1.31 million shares in Kuwait International Bank (KIB) during Tuesday’s trading session through Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Co.
The average price of the stock in this transaction stood at KWD 0.2178 per share, with a total value of KWD 286,100, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Bukhamseen Holding is considered the largest stakeholder in KIB with an equity of 35.87%.
It is noteworthy that KIB has a capital of KWD 103.73 million distributed on 1.04 billion shares.
