Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were implemented on Thursday on the stocks of Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment and Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totaled SAR 26.73 million.
Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance’s stock saw trading of 187,660 shares at SAR 95.30 per share, with a liquidity of SAR 17.88 million, according to a bourse filing.
Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment’s stock saw trading of 240,000 shares at SAR 36.85 per share, with a turnover of SAR 8.84 million.
Private transactions on the stock did not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
