Riyadh – Mubasher: Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company will provide health insurance for the National Commercial Bank (NCB), the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Bupa Arabia received a confirmation from the Jeddah-based lender to provide medical insurance services to the bank’s employees and their families as from 1 January 2020.
The confirmed contract will be reflected in the Bupa Arabia’s 2020 financial earnings report, as its initial value is 1% higher than the company’s 2018 annual gross written premium (GWP).
The contract will be presented to the next General Assembly meeting for approval.
The statement disclosed that Bupa Arabia board member Ziad Abdulrahaman Algwaiz is also a board member of NCB.
