Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Stock Exchange said the bonus shares of Bupa Arabia have been added to shareholders' portfolios, and the stock will trade at SAR 111.50 as of 8 December.
The company said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved increasing capital from SAR 400 million to SAR 800 million, through issuing 40 million bonus shares at one-for-one.
