Riyadh – Mubasher: Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance’s board recommended the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 1.5 per share for 2016.
The dividends will be of a total value of SAR 120 million, representing 15% of the nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The eligibility of dividends concerns shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (the center) at the close of trading on the day of the general assembly’s meeting, which will be announced later.
Net profits reached SAR 630.7 million in 2016, down 2.2% from SAR 645 million in 2015.
