Riyadh – Mubasher: Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. on Sunday said that its financial statements are based on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) since establishment.
There is no financial impact for applying the IFRS on the company’s financial statements, according to a bourse filing.
Buruj was established on 27 December, 2009 and listed on Tadawul on 15 February, 2010.
