Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Business Town Real Estate achieved a surge of 70.35% in profits during the second half of 2016 as compared to the same period in 2015.
Earnings stood at about KWD 534,560 ($1.77 million) in Q2-16 versus nearly KWD 313,800 ($1.04 million) in Q2-15, according to a statement issued Tuesday.
During the first half this year, profits reached about KWD 938,240 as compared with nearly KWD 554,980 in the same half of 2015; a growth of 69%.
Revenues grew by 40.62% to KWD 1.95 million of which 76.9% was achieved by the real estate leasing business over H1-16.
