Mubasher: The monthly issue of governmental treasury bills has been subscribed by BHD 35 million, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announced in a statement on Wednesday.
The interest rate stood at 2.36% compared to the interest rate of the previous issue on 5 March 2017, the statement clarified.
The approximate average price for the issue was 98.82%, with the lowest accepted price amounting to 98.81%, as the issue was subscribed by 202%, the statement added.
The total value of the treasury bills reached BHD 1.810 billion.
The previous issue was subscribed by BHD 35 million.
