CBD to boost individual banking services to 40% - Official

Dubai – Mubasher: The Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) is plans to increase the contribution of individual banking services to 40% of the bank's total revenues by 2018, said CBD's general manager for personal banking group.

Speaking at the bank's press conference late last week, Murray Sims told reporters that individual banking services currently represent 28% of CBD's revenues.

He added that the bank planned to boost this contribution in the next two years after adding a bundle of new services.

CBD will launch three new digital banking platforms by the end of 2016 at Dubai's City Walk and Festival City and Abu Dhabi's Al Wahda Mall, the top executive revealed.

During the event, Dubai-listed bank introduced several new digital innovative services that aim to facilitate banking for its clients.
