Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) left the US dollar exchange rate unchanged at a regular FX auction held every Tuesday.
Today, the bank of Egypt sold $118.1 million to banks at no less than EGP 8.78 per dollar, according to the bank's online data.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian pound (EGP) kept falling against US dollar in the black market to stand at 12.8 per dollar on Tuesday against 12.7 yesterday, according to two traders, who preferred to remain anonymous.
