Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced that Sunday, 1 July will be an official holiday for banks, instead of Saturday, 30 June, in celebration the 30 June Revolution.
Working will be resumed on Monday, 2 July, the CBE said in a statement on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the government had announced next Sunday as an official holiday for the occasion.
