CBE rules out floating Egypt’s pound

Egypt's central bank has not any current intention to float Egypt’s pound until the foreign reach $25 billion to $30 billion from the current $16.48 billion, said Tarek Amer.

The recent developments in the foreign exchange market won’t affect the country’s economy, assured Amer.

Egypt’s general debt has climbed to $1.700 billion since July 2015.
