Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) would auction on Monday EGP 500 million in treasury bonds on behalf of the finance ministry, according to the bank’s official website.
The EGP 500 million will be released through two auctions: three-year bonds and seven-year bonds worth EGP 250 million each.
The government lowered the issuance of debt instruments to EGP 273.6 billion during the second quarter of 2016/17.
