Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will issue treasury bills worth EGP 12.75 billion on Thursday, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
The issue will be used to finance the country’s budget deficit, the bank said on its website.
The CBE noted that the first offering will be EGP 6.5 billion for 182 days, while the second offering will be EGP 6.25 billion for 357 days.
