Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will offer EGP 1.75 billion in treasury bills (T-bills) on Monday, according to a statement.
The T-bills will be offered through two tranches; 3-year bills at EGP 1 billion, and 7-year bills worth EGP 750 million.
The finance ministry plans to offer T-bills and bonds worth EGP 110.75 billion in July to finance the budget deficit, 25% up from EGP 88.6 billion offered in July 2016.
