Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) would issue Tuesday $120 million at regular FX auction on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, according to the bank's online data.
Last Week, the bank sold $118 million to banks, leaving the Egyptian pound rate unchanged at 7.78 per dollar.
Earlier, the central bank's governor said the bank sold $15.69 billion (EGP 139.82 billion) over the past five months from November to April, according to a statement.
