Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned treasury bills (T-bills) at a total value of EGP 60 billion through two tranches on Sunday, 28 December.
The first issue is valued at EGP 20 billion and will mature in 91 days on 31 March 2026, according to official data.
Holding a tenor of 273 days until 29 September next year, the second offering stood at EGP 40 billion.
