Kuwait – Mubasher: The Commercial Bank of Kuwait on Wednesday said that the sum it repaid to Kuwait Finance House (KFH) will negatively affect its third quarter results, according to a bourse filing.
The Kuwaiti Court of Cassation issued a ruling in favour of KFH, under which CBK repaid KWD 44.06 million in addition to legal fees.
