Mubasher: The Central Bank of Oman (CBO) on Wednesday issued treasury bills worth OMR 32.27 million ($83.55 million).
The maturity period of the issue is 91 days, starting from Wednesday, 30 August 2017, until Wednesday, 29 November 2017, according to a CBO statement.
The minimum bid amount reached OMR 99.705 for every OMR 100, while the average discount rate and the average yield reached 1.18133% and 1.18482%, respectively.
The interest rate on the repurchase operations (Repo) is 1.736% for the period from Tuesday to Monday, while the discount rate on the Treasury Bills Discounting Facility is 2.486% for the same period.
