CBQ completes acquisition of Turkey’s Alternatifbank A.Ş.

Doha – Mubasher: The Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ) said Tuesday that it has acquired the remaining 25% stake of Anadolu Endüstri Holding A.Ş. in Alternatifbank A.Ş., in a deal valued at $224.91 million.

Thus, Alternatifbank A.Ş. became a fully owned subsidiary of CBQ, according to a bourse filing.
