Riyadh - Mubasher: Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) was awarded a SAR 29.50 million contract with Almarai Company for a food processing facility in Saudi Arabia.
Obtained on 3 December, the project covers a stationary refrigeration solution for a food processing facility in KSA, according to a bourse filing.
The financial impact of the award will start reflecting during the first quarter (Q1)of 2026.
CGS also secured a SAR 166.02 million contract award with Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling Company on 1 December. The partnership spans offering customized solutions.
In October, CGS rolled out plans to list 30% of its shares on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
