Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments approved the resignation of four board members.
The resigned board members are Amr Abdel Azizi Mehana, Amr Youssef Hasan El-Ganainy, a representative of Commercial International Bank - Egypt, Mahmoud Yehia El-Gamal, and Wael Tarek Mohamed Ismail.
The company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) will vote on the board reshuffle decision on 24 March.
Last week, CIB slashed its stake in CI Capital to 0.713% from 7.56% after Banque Misr increased its interest in the company to 90%.
In 2020, CI Capital reported consolidated net profits of EGP 474.6 million, down by 12.4% from EGP 541.75 million a year earlier.
