Cairo – Mubasher: Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) has hired CI Capital as an advisor to provide consulting on Madinet Nasr Housing and Development’s (MNHD) merger or acquisition offer.
Board member of MNHD Alaa El Din Saba projected that both firms would maintain studies related to the potential transaction and take the required steps to implement it within two months, Almal News reported.
In April, the board of MNHD had discussed possible coordination with SODIC and has agreed on appointing EFG Hermes as financial advisor and Zaki Hashem and Partners Law Firm as the company’s legal advisors for the deal.
SODIC had welcomed to enter preliminary negotiations with MNHD to discuss possible collaboration.
