Cairo - Mubasher: The shareholders of CI Capital Holding for Financial Investments greenlighted cash dividends for 2025.
The EGX-listed company will distribute a dividend of EGP 0.57 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the dividend will be paid in a single installment on 24 September 2026.
During 2025, CI Capital recorded consolidated net profit after tax worth EGP 1.51 billion, signaling an annual drop from EGP 2.22 billion.
It is worth noting that in March 2026, CI Capital announced Hisham Okasha as the board’s Chairman.
