Mubasher: CI Capital aims at increasing its assets under management (AUM) portfolio by 25% in 2017, according to deputy chairman and group CEO Mahmoud Attalla.
Attalla said on the sidelines of a press conference on Sunday that the total value of the company’s AUM will grow from EGP 8 billion to EGP 10 billion during this year.
In March, the Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) had announced selling 74.75% of its stake in its subsidiary CI Capital Holding for EGP 710.158 million.
The transaction was carried out by a number of non-related Egyptian and Gulf investors.
The bank retained a minority stake of 25.24% of CI Capital Holding.
