Cairo – Mubasher: CI Capital Holding’s board of directors has approved to raise the company’s issued capital to EGP 544.18 million via issuing 132.7 million new shares with a nominal value of EGP 6.7 each.
Subscription to the capital hike's shares will be limited to the shareholders selling their shares in the initial public offering (IPO) or the private offering and those who are willing to subscribe at the same final offer price, the company said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
The capital increase is based on the decision of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held last March of issuing no more than 142 million shares to be sold in the IPO and the private offering, the company indicated.
CI Capital’s capital amounts to EGP 411.4 million distributed over 411.4 million shares at a par value of EGP 1 per share.
