Kuwait – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait Securities Company (BKSC) said that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has agreed on the merger proposal between Al-Seef Financial Brokerage Company and Al-Waseet Financial Business Co.
Thus, Al-Waseet will be liquidated and the capital of Al-Seef will be increased by 73.15 million shares, which will be allotted for the shareholders of Al-Waseet only, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
