Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) said it approved on Thursday a request by Almarai Company to increase its capital from SAR 6 billion to SAR 8 billion.
The capital raise will be effected through a bonus share distribution at 1-for-3, to shareholders of record till the close of trading on the extraordinary general meeting date.
