CMA approves Etihad Atheeb capital cut

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority of Saudi Arabia (CMA) has issued its resolution approving the request by Etihad Atheeb to reduce its capital.

The telecom company will cut its capital from SAR 630 million to SAR 472.5 million, with the number of shares being reduced from 63 million to 47.25 million shares.

It is worth noting that the approval is conditional on the company’s extraordinary general assembly approval and completion of the necessary procedures in relation to the applicable regulations, according to the official statement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website.
