Mubasher: Ajwan Gulf Real Estate on Wednesday announced that the Kuwaiti Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved its request to extend the rights issue period for raising capital until 15 October 2017.
The CMA had agreed on 31 July to extend the issue period to 15 August 2017, and this is the second extension, according to a bourse statement.
On 9 April, the CMA approved Ajwan's capital hike by KWD 13.66 million to KWD 21 million from KWD 7.34 million.
