Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Capital Markets Authority (CMA) decided to continue the suspension of trading the shares of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations until it announces its preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 30 September.
The move was based on the CMA law and its implementing regulations and in order to protect investors and maiantain a regulated market, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
CMA suspended trading on Tihama's shares on 7 August as a reason for announcing its preliminary financial statements without being reviewed by the external auditor.
