CMA fines Saudi Go SAR 140,000 for violating listing rules

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (Go) will pay SAR 100,000 fine to the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) for violating item (A) of Article (34) of listing rules.

Go was fined after submiting incorrect information to the CMA related to its participating and winning the bidding offer of the bandwidth frequencies (700 MHz) and (1800 MHz).

The Saudi body also fined the company SAR 40,000 for violating item (B) of the Instructions for listed firms’ announcements.
