CMA gives nod to Ajwan capital hike

Kuwait – Mubasher: Ajwan Gulf Real Estate said that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait has approved the capital increase requested by the company.

Ajwan requested to raise the capital by 186.17% or KWD 13.7 million to KWD 21 million from KWD 7.34 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

The capital increase will be through issuing 136.62 million shares at a nominal value of 100 fils per share, without issue premium, the statement noted.
