Mubasher: Kuwait Gypsum Manufacturing and Trading announced that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has agreed for the company to withdraw from Boursa Kuwait.
This agreement was granted on 20 December 2017, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
Kuwait Gypsum’s shares that are free for trading represent 75.21% of Boursa Kuwait’s overall listed shares.
Listed under Boursa Kuwait’s industrial segment, Kuwait Gypsum has a capital standing at KWD 3 million distributed on 30 million shares.
