Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved for United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) to extend the subscription period to raise capital.
The CMA agreed to extend the rights issue duration until 30 April 2018, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
UPAC also said that the CMA approved the final rights issue prospectus to raise its capital by KWD 3.175 million to KWD 13.175 million from KWD 10 million by issuing 31.75 million shares. The issue premium approved by the CMA stood at 530 fils per share.
