Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) announced offering a tender on providing consulting services to Boursa Kuwait Securities Company to bid for a share in the firm’s capital.
The issuance date is set as 17 December 2017, while the closing date will be on 7 January 2018, the CMA clarified in its recent statement.
The issuance price is KWD 500, with the primary guarantee representing 1% of the tender’s overall value, maturing in 90 days.
Cash payment for the above value will be undertaken via the CMA’s account in the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), as well as emailing the transfer cheque to tenders@cma.gov.kw, the CMA noted.
