Kuwait – Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kuwait has offered a tender to privatise the capital shares of Boursa Kuwait Securities Company.
Offering the shares is set to be from 4 May until the beginning of June, with a bid bond accounting for 1% of the overall bid value; the maturity period is scheduled for 90 days, according to a statement issued on the CMA’s website.
